Consider leading regular toolbox talks with your employees using Chesapeake’s
15 minute training guides, uniquely designed for the needs of select industries, below.
The following training topics are brief guides to help you lead a discussion about workplace safety in a few easy steps. Select topics also link to Spanish safety resources and include an English-Spanish glossary to help you better communicate the topic to non-English speaking Hispanic workers.
Why have your employees sign a safety agreement?
Upon completion of a given training, consider having your employees sign a corresponding safety agreement to demonstrate that they understand and agree to follow your company’s safety procedures. By requiring your employees to initial that they will follow the specific safety guidelines that our training topics cover, you will be giving them the opportunity to think more seriously about the simple steps they can take to be safer on the job. You also help them to be more accountable for the safety decisions they make on
a daily basis.
