State of Maryland users must receive approval for an IWIF online account and coordinate their request through their State Agency Risk Manager or their designated IWIF contact. State of Maryland Agency Risk Managers or designated IWIF contacts should contact their assigned SERMA Risk Management Consultant or Submit a Request to obtain a username and password for approved agency personnel. Due to the end of its contract with the State, PIVOT Occupational Health will no longer provide occupational health services to the State of Maryland. Effective April 1, 2022, Concentra® has once again been contracted to provide occupational health services and statewide medical director services for the employees of State of Maryland agencies.
