Concentra Occupational Health

PLEASE NOTE: On Monday, July 31, Concentra’s Rosedale medical center will relocate to a larger facility a mile away and update our hours of operation to 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The center will now also be open on Saturdays from 7 a.m. – 12 p.m.

At 5 p.m. on Friday, July 28th:
• The Concentra Rosedale medical center located at 8101 Pulaski Highway, Suite H, Rosedale, Maryland 21237 will relocate to 8675 Pulaski Highway, Rosedale, Maryland 21237 just one mile away.

At 7 a.m. on Monday, July 31st:
• Concentra Rosedale at 8675 Pulaski Highway, Rosedale, Maryland 21237 will open for business.
• The new facility features additional exam rooms, a larger physical therapy area, new digital X-ray equipment, and Concentra’s welcoming signature center design.
• New hours of operation of 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. – 12 p.m. Saturday will go into effect. 

Concentra® is now the Occupational Medical Provider for State of Maryland

Due to the end of its contract with the State, PIVOT Occupational Health will no longer provide occupational health services to the State of Maryland. Effective April 1, 2022, Concentra® has once again been contracted to provide occupational health services and statewide medical director services for the employees of State of Maryland agencies.

Concentra® clinicians will perform all services previously performed by PIVOT, including, but not limited to, physical exams, drug testing, and workers’ compensation injury services. Concentra® has 12 locations in Maryland and is partnering with nine additional locations throughout Western Maryland and the Eastern Shore to provide these services. Concentra® provides complimentary transportation to Concentra® medical centers in Maryland for all work injury-related visits. Please note that transportation is available only for work injury-related visits.

State of Maryland employees who visit PIVOT locations seeking treatment will be redirected to the nearest Concentra® medical center location. If an injured worker chooses to continue to treat with WorkPro/PIVOT, he or she may do so. However, the State may require the individual to seek care at Concentra® for other non-injury type exams such as Fit for Duty exams. If any appointments were scheduled with WorkPro/PIVOT prior to 4/1/22, they have since been cancelled at WorkPro/PIVOT and rescheduled with Concentra®.
